1. Contract & Delivery
Project terms, deliverables, budgets, and milestones are outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Code delivery, configuration, and deployments to your Hostinger/server environment execute upon payment clearances.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless specified otherwise in the project SOW, the client owns all custom front-end code, copywriting, and design assets compiled for their project upon final payment settlement.
3. Server Hosting and Limits
Shyber Wings is not responsible for server outages, database limits, or bandwidth caps on your chosen hosting packages. While we optimize builds specifically for Hostinger shared environments, any scaling limits remain under your host agreement rules.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Noida jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
